An AI-native women's health SaaS that pairs cycle tracking, personalized supplements, and mindful movement into one refined product experience. Built solo — from customer research through Mailchimp campaign launch.
Nourish Her started as a question: what would women's wellness look like if it was designed around the female body — not adapted from a male-default template? Most fitness and wellness apps treat every day the same. But women's energy, mood, and recovery shift across the cycle. Nourish Her leans into that.
The full product had to be researched, branded, designed, built, and launched — solo — within a single 2-week sprint. Every layer of the product, from customer archetype to Mailchimp welcome sequence, was designed and shipped by one person, with AI as leverage across research, copywriting, and asset generation.
Deep interviews with 12 women across life stages. Identified 3 primary archetypes and their real pain points — the language they use, the shame they feel, the things they wish existed.
Full visual system built from scratch — logo, palette, type, voice, and brand guidelines. Warm, editorial, quietly confident. The opposite of clinical wellness apps.
Product UI, marketing site, quiz-driven onboarding, and cycle-phase recommendation engine. Designed to feel like a favorite journal, not a health tracker.
Automated welcome sequence, launch waitlist campaign, and segmented content flows tied to cycle phases. Live and running from day one.
A mix of AI, design software, and marketing platforms — each chosen for speed without sacrificing craft.
End-to-end product built solo, from first research interview to live Mailchimp campaign.
Every stage used AI as leverage — research, copy, imagery, code — without sacrificing craft.
Instagram (@nourishyou.ca) growing weekly, with new cycle-based content dropping continuously.
Whether it's a full launch, brand refresh, or something in between — let's talk about what to build.
